Dr. Charles Hadlock

Charles R. Hadlock is the former Dean and Trustee Professor of Technology, Policy, and Decision Making at Bentley University, where he had a long career that also included chairing both the Mathematical Sciences Department and the Finance Department. He previously led an environmental, health, and safety risk analysis practice at the international consulting firm, Arthur D. Little, Inc., with client engagements throughout the world for major multinational firms and governments. He has testified as an expert witness and has advised US cabinet secretaries and chaired major scientific review panels for the National Science Foundation and the Environmental Protection Agency. Dr. Hadlock has also served as a Visiting Professor in the Earth, Atmospheric, and Planetary Sciences Department at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and upon his retirement from Bentley University he was appointed as George Polya Memorial Lecturer for the Mathematical Association of America.
